The new application must be used for all City of Savannah projects as of October 10, 2005.

October 2005.
New location for County submittals.
Effective October 10, all County applications for site plans, subdivisions, rezonings and text amendments must be submitted to the Building Safety & Regulatory Services office at 1117 Eisenhower Drive.

27 October 2005.
City Council approves New Hampstead Planned Unit Development. The ordinance for this Master Plan community is now available.
