Urban Agriculture: Rediscovering Roots A study of food policy and practice in Savannah, Rediscovering Roots” received an Honorable Mention as an Outstanding Planning Initiative for a Large Community from the Georgia Chapter of the American Planning Association. The study, developed with the assistance of Harambe House and the Healthy Savannah organization, examines Urban Food Deserts and the role of Urban Agriculture in Savannah.
