Transportation Plans

The MPO is responsible for developing the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), for setting short term spending priorities in a three-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), and for developing the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). The LRTP is updated every five years and the TIP and the UPWP are updated annually. Additional planning studies are prepared on an on-going basis.
