The petitioner is requesting the rezoning of 1006 East Broad Street from the current BG-2 zoning classification to a BG Classification.
Staff recommends DENIAL of the rezoning to the BG zoning classification but recommneds APPROVAL to rezone the property to the RB-1 (Residential-Business) zoning classification.
