Title VI Program

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance (42 U.S.C. Section 2000d). The Chatham County – Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) provides staff support to the Coastal Region Metropolitan Planning Organization (CORE MPO).
